The Los Padres League Champions Spartans are in the CIF Southern Section girls tennis semifinals - the farthest any Orcutt Academy team has ever gone in the CIF playoffs. The Falcons doubles were reportedly 32-4 in the Playoffs - 3 of those losses were to Orcutt.

3rd Round 2-4 (23-31) [9-9] (75-69):
Points: Singles - Megan Vise, Amanda Hsuing.
The Spartans led four of the six matches, but Crescenta Valley rallied and ended up taking 4 sets. Michelle Jung/Rachel Shin erased a deficit to win 7-6 (8-6)
for the Falcons 8th point, and Ann Kim/Jenny Hwang took the final set 6-4 for Crescenta Valley
Crescenta Valley has a sizable contingent returning next season - Marina Saroyan (an All-Area selection), Polin Crete, Rachel Shin, Michelle Jung, Anjana Saravanan, Camille Gibney, and Kiran Hamkins.
