Lompoc Locker Room.com does not have to be limited to blah-blah-blah from writers. It can also portray in pictures the joy of victory and the agony of defeat. In this case it's STEVIE PICO of the Lompoc Grange Sprouts as he accepted the Lompoc Little League championship trophy a couple months ago. Look at the smile on Pico's mug.
