#2 Los Osos [Baseline #1] 11, vs #1 Righetti [PAC-7 #1] 9
The Warriors had not been to a Final since 2006, a problem they corrected on Wednesday. They hadn't won a Title since 2002, but midway through the Championship Final on Saturday it looked liked that had also been rectified. Alas, it was not to be. Up 3-1 after one period, they increased their lead over a Los Osos squad they had defeated 10-5 earlier this season, to 7-4 at halftime.
The team from Rancho Cucamonga outscored the Warriors 4-1 in the 3rd period for an 8 all tie, and 3-1 in the 4th for the win. The Grizzlies, who took out Arroyo Grande on 13-5 on Wednesday took their first Title since 2008, and put the capper on a big day for the school whose girls volleyball squad would conclude the day as the CIF 2AA runners-up.

#1 Agoura [Marmonte #1] 7, vs #2 Santa Barbara [Channel #1] 4

They tried to repeat the process on Saturday against the #1 Seeded Agoura Chargers, Div. 4 Champs in 2010 and 2011(both over Royal), but couldn't quite muster the fire power.
