CIF Semifinals

Arroyo Grande, and Carpinteria both won. Santa Ynez took it on the chin.

Division 3: Surpising Laguna Hills continued its roll through the playoffs knocking of #1 Seed Malibu 11-7 and will face the Arroyo Grande Eagles who rolled (17-1) again.

Division 5: The Carpinteria Warriors defeated (12-6) the upstart Arlington (Riverside) Lions, and will return to the title game. Kelsie Bryant won both her sets, but her streak of 37 consecutive set wins witout surrendering a game was broked. A win against J.W. North (Riverside) might also entitle them to the Riverside City and Inland Valley League Championships since North defeated Poly (Riverside) to advance. The final will be held in Riverside. Carpinteria 23-1, J.W. North 21-1.

Division 4: Santa Ynez fell 13-5 to a really good, and #1 seeded, Cerritos squad that had earlier bounced Santa Maria 17-1. The Dons started fast, racing out to a 6-0 lead in the 1st round, including losses by singles #1 Kat Rocha (2-6 to Taylor Heath) and Doubles #1s Bree Jensen/Reagan Mroz (4-6).
