Both the Team & Individual tracks funnel into this tourney, which decides who advances to the CIF State Championships.

Decides the CA State Champions, and any qualifiers for national competitions.
OUTLOOK: Getting out of the 1st round would be a major accomplishment for any of the area players.

A. There is still one round of LPL dual meets to go.The schedule for Tuesday (23 Oct) includes: Cabrillo at Morro Bay, Templeton at Lompoc, Nipomo at Santa Ynez. (JV's - opposite sites). In case of rain, attempts will be made to play these matches on Wednesday or possibly Thursday. The JV matches would likely NOT be made up if rained out.
B. On Friday, 26 October 2012, The LPL Championship Tournament is scheduled to take place in Santa Maria. This event will determine the LPL singles & doubles champions and CIF qualifiers. Morning action will take place at both the Minami Center and AHC, but the finals etc. will all take place in the afternoon at AHC.

Individual Playoff Prelims - Conducted at 5 'sites', several involving multiple school locations. The area representatives will most likely be assigned to the Cate/Carpinteria site. The prelims pare the field down a round of 32, but Quarterfinalists from each site advance to the round of 16.
