XC: Mt SAC - Lompoc & Cabrillo Harriers etc.

The Mt SAC meet is a huge undertaking. Several actually. Last week, the meet began with Community College and Elementary/Middle School teams competing. This weekend, in two days of racing, some 23,000 high school runners, representing schools from as far away as New York, competed in some 147 races in an array of levels, categories, and divisions. Divisions 3,4, and 5 ran on Friday, and 1 &2 ran on Saturday.

The local schools are both in CIF Division 3. At Mt SAC, there were 19 discrete general D3 races, divided by gender; achievement level, and split into manageable parts.
