The Northern Santa Barbara County Athletic Roundtable assembled a group of the top area athletes at Giovanni's in Orcutt for pizza and other rewards. This week the focus was on Football, Girls Volleyball, and Girls Golf.

The Male Athlete of the Week Award
Curry Parham, St Joseph, Football

Curry would rather face a blitz than the media.

In a make or break PAC-7 contest on Friday, he threw for 269 yards and added 106 on the ground. Parham also helped ignite a comeback in the game, completing a 10 yd TD pass to Gabe Beccera with 2:17 remaining in the 4th quarter for the Knights initial score. They would add a FG to tie it in regulation, and a TD in overtime for the victory

The Female Athlete of the Week Award
Maddie Seeds, Orcutt Academy, Tennis

Maddie gets ready to be 'Grilled' by Jason Orr of KSBY.

The Spartans improved to 12-1 as Seeds continued her dominance last week.

She dropped just one game (36-1: 6-0, 6-0,6-0 & 6-0, 6-1, 6-0) as the OA rolled over Coast Union 17-1 on Tuesday and Morro Bay on Thursday.
