Duffy Makes First Appearance in KC

DUFFY HONORED

Drafted only 16 months ago but already on a path to the major leagues by 2010 DANNY DUFFY was honored recently along with a dozen others of the Kansas City Royals' brightest minor league prospects.

In the group shot Duffy is in the middle right in front of the "R" in "Futures."

At the batting cage Duffy is fourth from the right.

DUFFY was named pitcher of the year with Burlington of the Class-A Midwest League, a Royals affiliate. A pitcher and a position player from each Royal minor league team was honored. Right now Duffy is in Arizona at the Royals' fall camp.
