The Warriors took advantage of a big 3rd Quarter, Conq difficulties beyond the arc, and the absence of Devan McCune due to illness to ease past a late-charging Cabrillo team. Three players put up the 12 Conqs trey attempts, but they had almost none of them drop.

Cabrillo took the lead in the 3rd Quarter of a tight game, and held on in part because the Titans were in serious foul trouble. Three Nipomo players received a bench ticket - Mendez, Davis, and Nevitt.

The Conqs got off to a slow start and never caught up. Cabrillo was able to reduce the 'official' turn over numbers, but turned it over by missing 40 shots and collecting just 5 offensive rebounds. That was just a symptom of the Greyhounds more extensive front-line dominance.

Unlike the last time out, when the Conqs got off to a slow start and never caught up, they actually led this one at the 1st break. The Panthers went off in the 2nd period, however, torching Cabrillo for 24 points. PV's offense was fueled by a long distance barrage. The Panthers hit 10 treys (10-20) in the game while the Conqs sank just a pair (2-6) - a 24 point differential. PV also won the rebound battle 31-23, and had 6 blocks to Cabrillo's one.
