The last two remaining competitors took to the links on Wednesday in an attempt to reach the California State Championships. Righetti's Makayla Mier shot a 76 to finish in a 7-way tie for 24th, while Maddison Shean of Santa Ynez carded an 82.
Three teams (two from CIF-SS) and 6 individuals not on a qualifying team (5 of 6 CIF-SS) qualified for the state tournament. The other qualifiers were all from the San Diego Section.
