The Braves swept the night on Bryan Ayer Court.

Lompoc 68, Santa Maria 26

[Lom 16,20,23,9 - 68  9,5,8,4 - 26]

Lompoc didn't have the greatest shooting night, except possibly Jerard O'Byrne hitting 3's (6-9 3PT) and B.J. Taylor at the line (6-8 FT), but they thumped the Saints in the rebound (40-23) and turnover departments.

[Lom 7,21,18,6 - 52  SM 10,2,5,9 - 26]
The Braves got off to a rather slow start falling behind 10-5, but eventually the effects of the Lompoc press got to the Saints.

The Braves had Ben Odom back patrolling the middle after missing Wednesday night's game with a neck strain, and it seemed that Filip Krajic, who was recovering from a badly sprained left wrist would also be able to play. He did return briefly. Unfortunately, he suffered a leg injury, with about 4:15 remaining in the 1st period. He was reportedly taken for x-rays and did not return to the game.

Lompoc was,in fact, down to just 9 players.
