2013 Lompoc Invitational Cross Country Meet

Five area schools sent representatives to Lompoc's River Park to duel it out in the Lompoc Invitational. Conditions were beautiful (what else would you expect) - mid 70's with a light wind on a firm, stable course.

The five were Lompoc, Santa Maria, Orcutt Academy, St Joseph, and San Marcos.


The Team Results:

The Boys Varsity

Luis De La Palma & Jose Guerrero finish 2nd & 3rd propelling Lompoc to the Team Title.

The Girls Combined 

Lompoc's Lacei Sanders experiences the relief of finishing. She was 2nd in  19:45

Even a small meet like this one could not take place without a number of volunteers. Under the direction of Meet Director Jim Warrick some of the workers involved were:

Scorers - Peggy Warrick, Gloria Grijalva, Mike Loney.
Marshals - Kevin Hicks, Joe Hunter, Joe Grijalva.
